Lauren is also trained in dance since the age of 3. Selected styles include, Classical RAD ballet, jazz, contemporary, modern, ball room, hip hop, and basic tap. She has choreographed, created/directed, and performed in festivals across Alberta including Fluid Fest, Ignite, and Nextfest. Lauren has also just finished a space share residency with Good Woman Dance Collective, where she has started to create her new up incoming dance film UNplugged.
