Lauren studied acting and devised theatre at the University of Calgary from 2017-2018, then transferred into the BFA of Acting program at the University of Alberta, where she graduated with distinction in 2021. While at the BFA she has had the privilege to train with, David Ley, Kim Mattice Wannat, Lin Snelling, Mike Kennard, Marie Nytka, Sandra Nichols, David Kennedy, Jan Henderson and JP founie.
